MoGrowIn.com is intended to help consumers get started with the growing of legal plants and herbs, including marijuana in states where it is legal to grow. All the products sold by MoGrowIn are absolutely legal in all states and locations in the United States. The legal environment is constantly changing and MoGrowIn makes offers no legal advice as to the legality of how you choose to use the products you purchase. By purchasing products from MoGrowIn you hereby acknowledge that you will be using these products for legal purposes only.

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We’re sorry, but we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed to or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

After your order is shipped, You will receive a tracking number. To track your order via the carrier’s Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchasing to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will take up to 30 days to process from the time the item is received at our warehouse. The price of any items missing from the return will be deducted from your refund.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions the consumer agrees they will not submit a chargeback without contacting customer support and going through the refund process first. Any chargeback voids any and all warranties of this or any other product purchased by buyer.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor for violations of these Terms of Service; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service.

ALL CHARGEBACKS WILL BE DISPUTED

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Item(s) no longer available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
A duplicate order was placed.
Canceled due to a customer request.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please contact us.
